Our New Classrooms

Monday 15th May 2017 was a historic day for Naíscoil Íde as we took up residence in our new classrooms much to the delight of students and staff. The extension marks the opening of another chapter in the school’s long history.  Well equipped, spacious, bright classrooms now provide exceptional facilities for five classes. The foresight and commitment of so many members of the school community, who were all single-minded in providing the best, for the children of Raheny and beyond, helped in the realization of this project. Our Chairperson, John Swords, and all the Board of Management have given of their time and expertise unselfishly. The Parents’ Association and staff members gave tremendous assistance with fundraising. The commitment and professionalism of our Architect and Builders have resulted in the beautiful building we have today. The huge generosity of parents, the department of education, and the community at large, has brought this project to fruition. To everyone involved Buíochas ó Chroí.
