Maths Week
What an exciting week we had for Maths Week! The children learned to code Beebots, practiced addition and counting with dice, and created Shapesteins using 2D shapes. The children also enjoyed constructing their own 2D and 3D shapes using playdough and matchsticks. Check out the photos to see some of the fun and learning that took place!
Gaeilge and Outdoor Learning
The children had a fantastic time exploring "Ar Scoil" in Gaeilge! We also enjoyed some outdoor learning by doing leaf rubbings in our outdoor classroom. Check out the photos to see their wonderful work and enthusiasm!
Our Trip to Saint Anne's
Our class recently visited the excavation site in St Anne’s Park. We had a wonderful morning exploring the park and learning about the history of the Guinness family’s house. We were fascinated by the artefacts found by the archaeologists. We even saw a 360 million year old goniatite fossil! Thank you to Liz and Mairead for joining us!
